Debra Lynne Katz, Ph.D.: Director of the International School of Clairvoyance and President of the International Remote Viewing Association, author of several books, including You Are Psychic, Extraordinary Psychic and Associative Remote Viewing , experienced clairvoyant, remote-viewer, medium and parapsychological researcher. She has a PHD in Psychology and Masters in Social Work. She resides in Oregan, USA.
